NEPTUNE’S CASTLE                                                                                                                                     

Tortilla crusted shrimp, black beans, corn, bacon, avocado, chopped hard boiled egg, tomato,

and red onion resting upon a sea of field greens. Served with avocado hacienda dressing.

 

FLANK STEAK CHEF SALAD                                                                                                                      

Char-grilled flank steak, kasseri cheese, hearts of palm, sugar pea pods, sweet red pepper, red onion,

tossed with field greens and our own French walnut-oil and orange vinaigrette. Served with nut-crusted Amaltheia goat cheese and red pepper, tomato and olive salad crostini.

 

AHI TOKYO BOWL                                                                                                                                        

Black sesame crusted seared Ahi tuna, greens and basil with sesame-soy vinaigrette, warm soba

noodles, julienne vegetables, wonton crispies, fuki maki, wasabi, tobiko and wasabi aioli.

 

SESAME-GINGER CHICKEN SALAD                                                                                                         

A coconut-curry crusted chicken breast fanned over gourmet greens tossed with sesame-ginger vinaigrette, cilantro, julienne vegetables, tomatoes and soba noodles. Garnished with pickled ginger, peanuts and won ton strips.

 

BISTRO CAESAR CAESAR SPICED CHICKEN SESAME CRUSTED AHI

Our own special Caesar dressing tossed with fresh baby greens, romaine lettuce and garlic croutons. Garnished with red onion rings, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives and parmesan cheese.

May add anchovys.

A steaming (soul warming) bowl of cheese and herb Italian risotto with sautéed vegetables.

 

ATHENIAN GREEK CHICKEN PASTA                                                                                                       

Lemon and oregano marinated grilled chicken breast, fresh roma tomato, olives, fresh basil, thyme

and oregano, roasted peppers, capers, feta and kasseri cheeses, tossed with rigatoni, spinach and extra virgin olive oil.

 

VEGGIE QUESADILLA                                                                                                                                   

Jumbo cheddar tortilla stuffed with green chilies, green onion, grilled vegetables, cilantro,

and cheddar cheese. Served with black beans, fresh roma tomato, green onion, mango

salsa and jalapeño-lime sour cream. Add flank steak.

Tender, white and flaky fried basa. Served with Brew City Fries, lemon, Bistro cocktail sauce and

Tyrone’s tartar.

A juicy grilled Angus patty topped with caramelized onions, grilled mushrooms, and melted Swiss

cheese. Served on grilled seven-grain bread with horseradish-whole grain mustard sauce and

Fresh mixed greens tossed with grilled flank steak, avocado hacienda dressing, bacon, gorgonzola

crumbles, avocado, hard boiled egg, tomato, and red onion. Wrapped in a jalapeño-cheddar tortilla. Served with tortilla chips and a pickle.

 

NEW DELHI WRAP *                                                                                                                                      

Coconut-curry crusted chicken, Japanese soba noodles, julienne vegetables, tomato, cucumber,

cilantro, peanuts and won ton strips. All wrapped in a jumbo tortilla with curried mayo and sweet

chili garlic sauce.

 

THE WORLD’S GREATEST REUBEN *                                                                                                      

Seven-grain bread with layers of razor thin corned beef, top secret sauerkraut, tomato and

Swiss cheese. Grilled golden brown and served with chips and a crisp pickle.
